With over 15 years of professional acting experience, Christopher has done everything from Shakespeare to stunts, improv to choreography. For stage and camera, he has performed in suits, uniforms, tights, tutus, togas, kilts and chainmail. He holds an B.A.(hon.) from the University of Guelph, and is a certified Instructor with The Academy of Fight Directors Canada. Past theatre credits include Kent (King Lear, Hart House), Macduff (Macbeth, Tempest Theatre), Talthybius (The Trojan Women, Canopy Theatre) and Errol Flynn (Duel of Ages, True Edge Prod./Toronto Fringe). He has appeared in over 100 episodes with Decoder Ring Theatre, award-winning producers of golden age radio inspired podcasts. Isabel started her career in musical theatre. She now acts part time, and teaches music full time for the Toronto District School Board. Favourite credits include: Sylvia, Stepping Out; Muriel, Plaza Suite; Fairy Godmother and Witch Mama, The Toronto Kid Fringe productions of Cinderella and Rapunzel; Morgan Le Fey, Camelot; and Agnes Gooch, Mame. Earlier in her career, she appeared as Ado Annie in Oklahoma (Limelight); Godspell (Hamilton Place); Side by Side by Sondheim (Burns Wharf, Manatoulin). She even got to disco dance as a special guest star on a King of Kensington.

Jesselle Laurén

Jesselle Laurén is a Calgary born and raised actor, poet, and performance artist. She moved to Toronto in March of this year after falling in love with the city at Canada’s National Voice Intensive 2015. A Shakespeare enthusiast, Jesselle is overjoyed to be tackling Proteus with Dauntless City Theatre this summer in her Toronto debut. Recent theatre credits include Toronto Says…, a devised performance with Pencil Kit Productions, and Hamlet with Theatre Calgary’s Shakespeare by the Bow. Recent film credits include Up In Smoke (2016), and Nostomania (2016) with PKB Productions. When Jesselle is not on stage or in front of a camera she is an avid yogi, an escape room enthusiast, and occasional world traveller.

Leslie McBay is a performer, producer and theatre creator. She is delighted to reunite with Scott Moyle/Dauntless City Theatre (Romeo and (her) Juliet, Drunk Ado About Nothing), and this time with her little dog too. Her professional goal is to be on every sci-fi show shot in Toronto (Orphan Black down, everything else to go). Leslie is a co-founder and Artistic Producer of Headstrong Collective, a company dedicated to creating more opportunities for female-identified, LGBTQ and diverse performers and audiences. Naya’s a Toronto based actor, whose work and training has extended across two continents. In London UK she was a student of musical theatre at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts and classical acting and Shakespeare at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts. She has trained all over Toronto in voice and dance, and on camera can be found on the little screen. Naya is an avid yoga practitioner, a lover of food, and a singer at heart.

Scott Emerson Moyle is the Artistic Director of Dauntless City Theatre. Directing credits: Twelfth Night, The Two Noble Kinsmen, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Comedy of Errors, Love’s Labours Lost, and The Winter’s Tale, (Dauntless) as well as Romeo and (her) Juliet in co-production with Headstrong Collective (winner of “Best Director (Independant)” at the 2014 My Entertainment World Awards), and Solar Stage’s Dora-nominated Treasure Island. Acting credits include Antonio in Twelfth Night (Dauntless), Tom Snout in A Midsummer Nightmare (Leroy Street Theatre), and many odd parts in many Drunk Shakespeares.  He also works as an educator in Shakespeare, having directed As You Like It and Romeo and Juliet with the Lost & Found Young Company, and has four times been invited to teach Shakespeare at the International School of Brussels in Belgium. He attended George Brown Theatre School, certified as an Advanced Actor-Combatant with Fight Directors Canada, and is apprenticing with Intimacy Directors International. Scott is a member of Generator’s 2017-2018 Artist Producer Training program.

Starbuck is a rat terrier powered by snuggles. She hates coffee and doesn’t know why you keep asking her about it, but she loves Battlestar Galactica. Her interests include standing pupright like a meerkat-on- alert, sharing an apple with her person, and crafting alibis when dead mice show up.
